Refund Policy

At YouSafe Consultancy, we strive to provide exceptional immigration and study consulting services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Consultation Services

All consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or commenced. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Consultations may be rescheduled up to two times without additional charges, subject to availability.

2. Application Packages

Refunds for application packages may be requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided no work has commenced on your file. Once our team begins working on your documents, including initial review, document analysis, or consultation, no refund will be issued. This includes:

  • Study Permit packages
  • University Admission packages
  • PGWP & PR Pathway packages
  • Settlement Support packages
  • Credential Assessment services
  • Career Services packages

3. Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially delivered, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the services already rendered and the stage of completion of your application or consultation process.

4. Government Fees

Any government fees, third-party charges, or application fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable as these are paid directly to external organizations such as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), educational institutions, credential assessment bodies, or other government agencies.

5. Unsuccessful Applications

We do not guarantee the success of any immigration or visa application. The final decision rests with the relevant government authorities. Refunds are not provided for unsuccessful applications as our service fee covers the preparation, review, and submission process, not the outcome. We provide professional guidance to maximize your chances of success, but cannot control or guarantee decisions made by immigration officers.

6. Mentorship Programs

Mentorship subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual) are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but no refund will be provided for the current subscription period.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable), please email us at support@yousafeconsultancy.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order/transaction number
  • Date of purchase
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 additional business days.

8. Disputes

If you have any concerns about our services or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

9. Policy Changes

YouSafe Consultancy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any policy changes.
